A while a go Sabrina and I received these two uber cool bracelets from Rebels at Heart. I really ladore the bracelets since they are edgy but feminine and so easy to combine. random INSTADIARY

Hello my fellow bloggers, a lot has happened the pas two weeks: I finished my neurology exam( FINALLY!), Sabrina stopped blogging and at the very moment I am writing to you from about 40.000 feet high, somewhere above the Atlantic ocean. Currently, -as you may have assumed- I am in the airplane on my way to Surinam to celebrate Christmas with the family. Too bad I had to leave my dear boyfriend behind in cold and rainy Amsterdam. Unfortunately, this will be our first Christmas not together :(

For now, I will enjoy my 9 hour flight ( In a minute I am going to watch Magic Mike, yeahh) and I will post this as soon as I land. I will try my best to keep blogging for the comming two weeks that I spend here. So you might see some summer outfits poppin up!

Two years ago I have made a decision. A decision to stop wearing what people around me wore, and start wearing what ever the heck I want to wear. It seemed a very bold decision  at the moment. I have not regretted that decision ever since. In order to keep track of the progress  I started this blog. 

Now, 24 months, an awful lot of outfitposts, 100.000 pageviews and 1300 followers later. I have the feeling that my blogging journey has come to an end. It is time to say goodbye. 

It is time to move on, and time to put my energy towards things other than blogging. 

Blogging has been a huge outlet for me over the past few years, and I will cherish all the 

memories I made during this fantastic time.

Without you I would have never had the strength to continue blogging in the first place. So thank you all for your sweet comments and mails throughout the years.

I will pass the baton on to Nishita who will continue blogging on Jardin de la Mode.

Ladies and gents, meet my(borrowed) furry friend! These shots were taken weeks ago at the uber nice press day of Bestseller. So as you may imagine, I sort of forgot about these pics until today! As said, I borrowed this jacket from Withney, because (unfortunately) she saw the jacket 2 milliseconds before I did, BUMMER!! So people, I am still looking for my perfect furry coat, tips are welcome! 

From today on, I still have 10 days until my Neurology exam. I started studying last weekend but men, it is H-A-R-D, (also a tiny winy bit boring! haha) But from tomorrow on, I will be in a 24/7 study mode, and on December 21st ( when the world is going to end, ha ha) I will kick ass! Xx

random 2 YEAR ANNIVERSARY GIVEAWAY! 

It's been two years. Two years since I actually started using the Bloggeraccount I have had for months. Those two years really flew by insanely fast. When I look back at the posts from two years ago (this one for example), I have a mix of feelings varying from an incredible amount of shame, to achievements along this wonderful road so far. I have grown in the past few years, and so has my style. It has evolved to the way I dress nowadays and feel comfortable with. Three months, thats how long I have been on this road together with Sabrina. The past months have been amazing. I must say, blogging was until then completly new for me. Today I feel as if blogging became part of who I am. Not to be sentimental or anything, but I love showing you my views on fashion and I absolutely love the reactions I receive back. For that, thank you dearies. You have motivated me to gain the confidence in this before-hand unknown world. But most of all you have inspired me a lot.  I hate saying things twice, but you truly are amazing!

event BESTSELLER SPRING/SUMMER PRESENTATION

A few weeks ago Nish, With and I went to the Bestseller presentation. Bestseller is a Danish, family-owned company, which consists out of brands such as Vero Moda, Pieces, Selected Femme, Only and Vila. I must admit that I didn't know Selected Femme before I entered their showroom, but the moment I stepped out: I WAS SOLD! One other brand that caught my eye, a brand that was slightly unfamiliar to me, was Very by Vero Moda. 

The items from the other, more well-known brands, were also stunning. The quality of the products used to create the garment, is absolutely outstanding. Something, that I consider very important in order to make the to-buy-or-not-to-buy decision. Here are some pictures to give you a little impression.
